After placing order for additional vinyl. I had to contact the support team to have them swap out the colors for me. The vinyl I was weeding was difficult to pull and I did not want to purchase the additional vinyl. The team was very caring in their response to help me with the order. I recieve the correct replacement vinyl quickly. This is why I shop with this company.

Never had any issues so far. This is my go to place to get sublimation blanks. Everything I’ve gotten so far is superior quality and sublimated better than all the others I’ve tried. Will continue to order from them.

The prints are great, really beautiful, I love them. But their policies and charges for international customers are simply unjustifiable, to say the least, specially considering one can buy anything from China almost without any delivery charges.

I created two designs for shirts for my church. The quality of these transfers were amazing. And the fast turnaround time made it even better. I already have another order in the works. So happy I found this site!

I've only had a small heat press from Amazon, but slowly I kept getting bigger orders and I needed a more reliable and better and sturdier heat press. I came across transpro and I couldn't be any happier with my 1620 heat press purchase.

First time I ordered my print the submitted design was altered. I did not notice it during and approved it. My fault, but art get altered and that sucks, especially if you already have a designed logo. One print came is a larger than required box. Box was mashed but no harm to print.
So I took it on the chin, and made another order same results but this time I thoroughly check the design and had it corrected. Once again the print is in a larger box with nothing but one print. Box is smashed up badly and my print was crumpled up. Like why would place this one print is a large box. Heck the samples given were in better packaging why not what I paid for. Oh! And the kicker is it is $11 to ship what is equivalent to a sheet of paper. That makes it worse. So I am out $40+, they asked if I wanted a refund or a print and I was so upset with the experience I denied it. Should have gave me a refund anyway for my trouble but that is not what this company cares about.
